My family and I (3 of us) had a great time in this aparthotel. We had two large rooms, with a balcony, AC and cooking facilities. We also got a delicious breakfast. There is a pool and basic gym facilities in this hotel too. The location is excellent and walking distance to all the major attractions, city centre, shops and restaurants. Excellent value for money. I don’t understand why some people having given it a low rating. We had a great time and highly recommend it!

Good points: staff were friendly and kind even though they don't always smile they are prompt to correct anything that has gone wrong. the property is clean, nice and friendly/funny dog Sushi. location was excellent for walking to most places - the bazaar, old town, shops, bars, clubs, marina and beach Bad points; condition of the rooms was not good, bathroom ceiling paint peeling and falling down, damp and musty/mould on ceiling. Shower head not fixed to the wall. Bedroom only one AC in and it blows directly onto the bed so you either freeze or you overheat. we ended up with a sore throat from the AC and my children sleeping in the living room were overheating at night. my friends room had bedbugs and so they had to move room which owner did promptly and got the rooms fumigated the next day. Kitchen very basic no microwave only one massive pot and a camping stove with two hobs. Not ideal if you have children no possibility to heat food and baby milk. room furniture also very bland. in the property no lift and we were on the 3rd floor. not good if you have small children, heavy luggage or coming back from a long walk and a night out. last thing you want to do is navigate all those stairs. Breakfast was Turkish as stated in the description. so you must be aware that Turkish breakfast is a boiled egg, salami, olives, bread and cheese with Turkish tea. we thought it was the same as continental with pastries but it is not. It was ok. for the price it is ok value for money.

That property is so close to the city center with many restaurants and shops all around. The property has some disadvantages like no safe or no coffee machine any where or even at breakfast. The breakfast is reputable, everyday the same simple food.

They are deceivers!! They don’t have parking lot, in description says parking included but this is a street parking! Not private or special area for their customers! They lye to customers support about parking as well! Toilet was stinky, it wasn’t clean! And bed was broken!

El estado del hotel bastante deplorable, en nuestra habitación había una luz roja toda la noche de fuera que parecía que estabas en un prostíbulo. Parquet roto, sin sábanas, utensilios mínimos. La nevera cuando salías de la habitación y el aire se apagaban y no nos quisieron dar dos llaves. Definitivamente no volvería. Sin ascensor, no adaptado.

Otel ve tefrişatı yataklar donanım çok eski mutlak tadilata ihtiyacı var, banyoda ölmüş haşerat vardı, hijyen değil ve klozet banyo zeminine su kaçırıyor. Biz bir gece limana yakın olması nedeniyle fiyat sebebiyle tercih ettik, o konumda bir otel çok daha iyi olabilirdi.

Oteli standart oda olarak tutmuştuk, bize çatı katı verildi görevli arkadaşa sorduğumuzda standart oda ile çatının hiç bir farkı yok dediler. Tavan düşük olduğu için klima ile aranızda 1 metre mesafe oluyor açarsanız donuyor kapatırsanız yanıyorsunuz. Yataklar inanılmaz rahatsız ediciydi ben çatı için konuşuyorum eğer görevli arkadaşın dediği gibi bütün odalar aynı ise 5 para etmez tavsiye etmem ayrıca asansör yok.

Otel merkezi konumda market eczane fırın her şey yürüme mesafesinde. Akşam gezisi için marina ve marmaris merkez yürüyerek 6-7 dk. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve otel genel olarak tertemiz. Kötü yanları camlarda sineklik yok sinek olmasa bile sinekliğin kesinlikle olması lazım. Banyoda sıvı sabun yok biz almalıymışız. Eşyalar genel olarak eski çok lüks bir şey beklemeyin f/p. Bebek yatağı var dediler ancak bir bebeğin yatamayacağı kadar kötü bi yatak bu yorumu bebekli ailelerin görmesi lazım yanınızda mutlaka yatağınızı götürün biz iyiki de almışız yoksa yeni bir yatak almak zorunda kalacaktık. Beklentiniz çok yüksek olmadığı sürece mutlu ayrılırsınız. Biz tekrar gitmiş olsak bu oteli tercih edebiliriz konum ve temizlik açısından..
