Otel gayet temiz ve güzeldi evet yarım pansiyon otellerdeki gibi kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği kalabalıktı fakat personel güleryüzlüydü Kötü yorum yazanlar muhtemelen bütün büfeyi yesede doymucak olanlar kalitesiz misafirlerdi

Am Ankunftstag wurden wir in ein Zimmer gebracht, wovon wasser von der decke tropfte und die vorhänge abgerissen dahingen. Aschenbecher waren auch voll. Darin konnten wir nicht bleiben, also zogen wir in die 2 etage, ohne Fahrstuhl!!! Es war mega eng, kaum platz zum auspacken der koffer, steckdosen waren freigelegt ( krine abdeckung darauf) und auf der toilette viel schon der spülkasten fast ab. Auch gab es kein warmes wasser, sondern entweder nur kaltes oder nur heisses wasser. Der kühlschrank funktionierte nicht in einem zimmer, dann fehlten handtücher und auch kein Toilettenpapier gab es. Da die ersatzzimmer im 2 stock lagen, hatten wir auch kein wlan!!! Auch am pool waren keine sicherheitsmassnahmen gegeben, meine tochter hat sich an einer eisenstange, bei einer der wasserrutschen dolle den kopf gestossen!! Wasser war extrem kalt und sehr unsauber mit haaren und krümmeln voll. Bei 2 tagen aufenhalt war schon einer zuviel.... Ich würde es wirklich keinem empfehlen, es war von 5 hotels in unserem urlaub das schlimmste!!!
