A ruined summer holiday

A really disapointing experience with this hotel, nice staff and beautiful location, but the hotel does not have air condition in the rooms despite the fact that they write it on hotels.com as well as their own website. Amzing that such a scam is possible these days. We where presented with a junior suite that was +30C and sleeping with windows open is not an option since the train tracks run both in front of the hotel as well as on the back side. Reception quickly offered a full refund and we left after 2 hours with a completely spioled summer holiday. The promissed refund should be done within 7 to 10 days, after 16 days it has still not been done.

Der Aussenpool ist phänomenal, allerdings ist der unterirdische Gang vom Haupthaus zum Pool lange, hier lohnt sich der Weg über aussen, wenn es das Wetter zulässt.

Wunderschönes Hotel in guter Lage

Wir waren schon das 4. Mal im La Maiena und sind immer wieder sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber. Zudem wurde das Resort noch erweitert und bietet für alle etwas. Schöne Ausflüge sowie Sportaktivitäten. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und der Service top. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe vom Zug und Busstation und somit auch gut erschlossen. Wir können dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen und wir werden sicher wieder buchen.

Gutes, preiswertes Durchschnittshotel

In der nähe befindet sich eine Eisenbahnstrecke, welche man bei offenem Fenster gut hört. Das Essen im Hoteleigenen Restaurant ist nicht schlecht, aber auch nicht hervorragend. Die Leute geben sich sehr Mühe und der Service ist aufmerksam. Ob die Restaurantpreise angemessen sind, muss jeder für sich selber entscheiden.

Ein Hotel mitten in den Apfelplantagen, mit Blick gen Meran und in den Bergen. Das Haus ist familiär geführt, das Essen frisch, schmackhaft und toll zubereitet, die Weinauswahl gross. Besonders vom Mittagstisch waren wir beeindruckt und hätten nicht mit so guten Speisen gerechnet. Der Service war stets hoch.
