"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. "An easy 10 minute walk from the train station and very close to the town centre, it came with a very pleasant welcome from Harold on reception (a credit to the hotel speaking excellent English for a self-taught Cote d'Ivoirian!)
