"Amazing stay at the Berry Manor Inn. Staff are all lovely, friendly and charming. We loved the homemade pie and ice cream and variety of tea available. The super comfortable beds, linens and cozy atmosphere was appreciated. We decided to stay in one whole afternoon and evening to just enjoy the room! We stayed in the carriage house with a jetted tub and super deluxe shower with 6 shower heads!! Breakfast was good and staff at breakfast were accommodating and friendly! Would love to stay here again!"

"This place is amazing. The room was overlooking the bay and had the dock right outside with firepits. The room was clean and cozy, I loved the electric fireplace. I didn’t interact with any staff because they have contactless check in, and I went when it was cold out and at the end of the season so I didn’t use amenities, but the room and location are incredible. I will definitely be revisiting."

"Visited to see my baby that joined the coast guard and was stationed in Rockland. This hotel was more than I could have hoped for. The coffee shop and sitting areas were a delight. The employees were happy, friendly and kind. And I was walking distance from everything, including my son port and the town. 100% would visit again and I’d stay at no other hotel but this one."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel! The area was peaceful and quiet, which made it a great place to relax. The hotel itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and nicely renovated. Everything looked fresh and inviting, and the overall atmosphere was very cozy. The bed was very comfortable, although it did squeak quite a bit whenever we moved. Other than that, we had a great experience and really enjoyed the cozy feel of the place. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel in a quiet area, and I would definitely consider staying here again!"

"This is an exceptional experience if you're going to the Rockland/Camden, Maine area. The hosts, although new in this role, make sure you have all the information you need for maximizing your visit. The building is a grand example of a Victorian era mansion and there are several fine rooms for reading and relaxing. Many of Rockland's offerings are an easy walk, however at night there's limited street lighting between the house and the main commercial district."
