"The shower water pressure was extremely weak. The room lacked basic amenities like a vanity kit, body lotion, and hair conditioner. The hotel felt dated and looked nothing like the photos."

"This was an excellent place to stay. Eighth floor was not exciting to me until I got there and took in the view. Had we been lower we would not have had the amazing view. Breakfast was delightful, the room was very clean. Everything we had planned was walking distance to accomplish even with a cane. Pickup spots for our planned land tours were close and walkable. The staff was very prompt at responding to ANY assistance we needed with anything. Giving a strong recommendation for Napoli City Center Appartamenti e Camere.."

"새로 지은지 얼마 안되는 깔끔한 호텔입니다. 같은 건물에 도미토리 형식의 호스텔도 있고 일반 호텔도 있습니다. 전 일반 호텔애 묶었고 아주 만족 핬습니다. 중앙역 기차 전철 모두 바로 옆에 있어서 접근성 좋고 전철/기차 이용하기 편리합니다. 주변 지역이 저녁에는 좀 위험할 수 있을것 같은데 저녁에 일찍 들어와서 쉬고 아침 일찍 나가기 아주 좋았습니다. 스태프도 친절하고 다시 머물 의향 100퍼센트 입니다."

"Good location, close to metro and ferries and some “sights” within walking distance. Rooms clean and adequate if slightly short of storage facilities and power sockets. Clean towels and linen every day an unnecessary luxury?! Staff extremely friendly, approachable and helpful. A pity more was not made of the bar/restaurant. it was not patio weather when we visited but at other times that would be a nice feature"

"This is the worst hotel I ever stay. Basically there was nothing in the room besides bed. Bathroom was always smelly. The whole room looks very run down. pictures they displayed do not reflect the real room."

"This hotel was close to being perfect but, just as we have struggled with mattresses around the rest of Italy, this one was bad also. 75% of it was hard as a rock and somehow 25% of it was soft and smooshy. The pillows also need some help. The staff are excellent, the breakfast is nice, the rooms are nice and big, the towels are a good size. It was relatively quiet for being in the location it’s in. I would say I would stay here again but I probably wouldn’t due to the mattress. But everything else was great. "

"A wonderful hotel! It houses an incredible collection of original Italian design pieces from the 1950s. The first floor was designed by Gio Ponti and features original period furnishings! An incredible experience! These are pieces you’d find in the world’s finest museums. Breakfast is just as fantastic, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Castel dell’Ovo and chairs by Carlo de Carli! An incredible place with a fantastic staff. For design lovers, this is a must-experience."
