"Hotel was very nice, but Expedia lists it as having a pool under amenities. (Photo attached) It does not have a pool, it has a fountain in the lobby (which is what is pictured under amenities). Great location, friendly staff, but we explicitly chose Hotel Valencia because we it had a pool according to Expedia. Stay would have been exceptional (even without the pool), but on two of the four days we stayed the wait for valet parking to bring our car was ridiculous. They tell you to call for your car 15 minutes before you want to depart, we ended up waiting 30 minutes beyond that. This lateness actually forced us to miss a key component of my son’s bootcamp graduation."
