"It was a great place to stay. The location is more residential, but it’s a safe and pleasant neighborhood. Paris public transportation had a few delays and setbacks during my trip, so it wasn’t the most reliable—I ended up taking Uber a few times. The airport is in the opposite direction, but without traffic, it’s about a 27-minute Uber ride, which wasn’t bad at all. If you’re comfortable navigating trains and getting around the city, this hotel is a great option. The room was beautiful—I even had a sofa with an extra bed. The bed itself was incredibly comfortable; I would fall asleep instantly every night, which was a huge plus. Brand new building as well. So if you don’t like rats or rodents that come with city do yourself a favor and stay there. "

"Breakfast was just ok, lacking of vegetables and fruits. Room is cleaned but all bed sheets only change when requested. Room is just bed and one small table, nothing else (no cups, no fridge, no safety box, no coffees in room…) everything you need have to come down to the lobby. "

"We recently had a three-night stay at this hotel. The location between Pontoise and Cergy-Pontoise made it possible to easily access the train station in either location without a problem. This property is also about a 15-minute walk from the 3 Fontaines shopping center. We arrived quite late on our first night, but the night watchman let us in and checked us in cordially and efficiently. He made sure that we could access the wifi and that all of our questions had been answered. We were greeted warmly for breakfasts. Our room was small, but everything in it worked, and it had been satisfactorily cleaned. The only issue we had was with the shower. It was difficult to climb in and out over the side of a bathtub without any safety equipment. Also, when taking a shower, water leaked out from under the glass surrounding the shower. "
