"L'environnement était très bruyant toutes les nuits et le niveaux de propreté général de la résidence est médiocre. La literie est également décevante. Les 2 piscines de la résidence sont dissociés en 2 "zones" (Jawhara smir 1 et 2" mais ne disposent pas du même niveau de service (parasols et transat non disponible à Jawhara 2 où nous étions malheureusement). "Friendly staff and unbeatable location right next to the Médina in a live commercial district, with plenty of food and shopping options. Two minuses. No hot water above the third floor. I was lucky to check before saying OK. And they immediately offered another room. Second - They didn’t realize my booking included a breakfast. To make up for it they really overcharged me on the laundry. So negotiate the rate for miscellaneous services in advance. Otherwise, a nice hotel."
