"The management company for the unit was amazing. If I had a rental unit in mazatlan, I would hire them absolutely. Amazing people. Prompt service even after hours. They help me Resolve internet challenges, a refrigerator, and a microwave all in short order. Amazing amazing people. The only issue is the lighting in the room was minimal because the patio window, patio door is very narrow and the unit is very small it might be 200 ft total. "Our experience was not the best! First getting to access the property from the app was not easy. The link didn’t work. It took us about an hour to finally get it to work. The condo was nice but needs repairs, the beds and pillow were not comfortable, there were holes on walls and the main bed room AC started to leak with water.
