"VIDA Marina Marassi left my husband and I in awe! We had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived until check out. We were greeted by the Duty Manager, Nada who was not only polite and professional, but also a breath of fresh air to work with a we wanted to upgrade our room. She went up herself to make sure everything was up to standard before we received the keys! The day before check in we called the hotel to double check on our booking details and some logistics relating to our marriage license… We spoke to Seham who was truly wonderful, she answered all of our questions and double checked with her supervisors on everything before getting back to us. She called us back multiple times to make sure we’re taken care of and that everything is set before we arrive. The room was so clean and the view was breathtaking on the Marina… we were greeted by a sweet note and a welcome cake! We ate at both restaurants SOCAL and Origins and both were truly amazing! Mohammad and Abdallah were very friendly and made sure that we had everything we need. At check out we were greeted by Rewan who was the cherry on top of our stay wishing us well and answered all of our questions as we are planning to come back in August! To everyone at VIDA Marina - we had a blast and were blown away by the level of service and professionalism matched by the welcoming staff and phenomenal atmosphere! We weren’t planning another trip to Egypt this year, but because of this wonderful experience we will!"

"This property is beautiful. I regularly stay at Emaar properties around the world, and this one was just as impressive. However, the room service food was very disappointing. We ordered room service twice, and both times the food was undercooked. Despite this, the front desk refused to waive the charges, and the hotel manager didn’t offer any resolution. Instead, he claimed the plates were empty when returned, which was simply not true. This was such an unnecessary issue that could have been handled much more professionally—especially by a brand of this caliber. Aside from that, the rest of the experience was wonderful—especially thanks to Thorya and Adham, who were amazing."
