"We really enjoyed our week here with our group of 11 including 3 kids! There were plenty of food options for all dietary restrictions, and the grounds throughout the resort were immaculate. The rooms/beds were a very good size, super clean and then mini fridge was WELL stocked! Every single staff member truly went above and beyond to ensure we were well served at all times. At the time we went the resort was busy, but you didn't feel it as there's so much space for everyone; we especially never had an issue getting chairs by the pool at anytime of the day. It's also a quick 20 minutes away from the airport as well. I would definitely recommend this resort!"

"Love this place, my second stay since I enjoyed my stay here last time. It very convenient to IMN office and restaurants. The pools on the rooftop are amazing as are the views. The staff were nice and helpful."

"We got a suite which was well worth the price for the extra room. The cleaning staff was great. The vibe at the hotel was really good. The only negative is that the property is over an hour from Puerto Vallarta so any activities outside the hotel take a huge part of your day due to transportation."
