Conrad Punta de Mita

10/10 Excellent

"Our family had a wonderful stay at Conrad. The property was in excellent shape. The pool area was immaculate. The staff was always working to help in any way. Only negative is the restaurants are pricey. If you want to get away from the craziness of PV this is a great option. We did rent a car so we could explore the area which is a must in my opinion. Taxi rides daily can be rather expensive. Overall, I highly recommend Conrad Punta de Mita."

"En gral muy sucia el área de albercas, no limpian ni albercas ni mesas ni pasillos. Muchos pisos levantados en áreas comunes. No había toallas limpias al momento y tardaban en llevarlas. La actitud de meseros y staff dejó mucho que desear , eran groseros o faltos de atención. No volvería a dreams. Hay mejores opciones con más calidad tanto en servicio como en instalaciones y limpieza"

"This resort seems to cater mostly to the locals, which is nothing wrong with that, but I wanted a little bit more of an upscale experience. I think this will be my last time staying at a RIU resort. Only one beach bar open the whole week I stayed there, which had long lines. Buffet had long lines for lunch, breakfast and dinner. It was impossible to get in to any restaurants, unless you got in line 30min before opening. But who wants to do that on vacation? Food was mediocre. Nothing too exciting. Since it’s mostly locals (who rarely tip), the wait staff was very grateful and happy to see any tips from our group. Overall I’d rather pay a bit more and stay somewhere more luxurious."

"Upon arrival the room dirty, 2 dead cockroaches. Couch with a dirty spot with pubic hair, ceiling fan very noisy, empty refrigerator. Manager Brenda offered to give us a ride back to the airport free of charge for all the inconveniences. But on the day we left we told manager Brenda to get us the ride and she said “what are you talking about “? She said she never said anything. NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. NOT COMING BACK.THANK YOU BRENDA. They never fixed anything."
