The staff was exceptionally warm and attentive, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The rooms beautifully balance modern comfort with timeless craftsmanship , and the facilities — especially the Pürovel Spa — are world-class. But the real showstopper was breakfast: fresh pastries, local specialties, warm dishes, and an impressive spread that made every morning a delight. Highly recommended!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Our family reunion at Swissôtel Mariánské Lázně exceeded expectations. The hotel is only a few months old, and it shows in every detail, modern design, immaculate spaces, and a sense that everything is operating at its best. The staff were consistently outstanding, warm, attentive, and genuinely engaged, which made a large group stay feel effortless. The food and wine were truly exceptional, easily the highlight of the experience, with quality and presentation well above typical hotel standards. The pool and spa area are equally impressive, spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and longer stays. Overall, a standout experience. For a new hotel, the level of execution is unusually high.
