"All'arrivo non abbiamo trovato nessuno per il check in e quando ci siamo resi conto che la struttura aveva appena riaperto da una lunga chiusura abbiamo cercato di entrare in empatia con il titolare... impossibile! Ci consiglia di mangiare qualcosa al pub di fronte...anche quello appena riaperto e non fornito. Devo dire che c'è un enorme potenziale vista la posizione e la bellissima temperatura."

"The apartment itself is nice and big, Mail issue is the lack of A/C. It’s summer, hot, and the ceiling fan isn’t enough. Opening the window, will not help this much at day time and at night will bring u mosquitoes. The apartment was 4th floor with no elevator, hard with the luggage. The location is nice and close to the lake."

"Excellent property in all aspects. Albana and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect right in the heart of Riva del Garda. Parking was so accessible and secure. "Dejlig campingplads med flere pools og animations teams der laver sjov til børnene. Vores piger var vilde med Harry Potter show hvor børnene deltager og mini disko. Flot rummelig mobilehome med gode madrasser og fine værelser og stor terrasse. Dog var der støv under sengene, lidt på væggene i hjørnerne og badeværelset lugtede lidt. Vi var der kun i 2 overnatninger men kunne sagtens have brugt mange flere dage der. "

"It’s hard to describe just how special this hotel is. This was my fourth stay in the property and won’t be my last. The attention to detail from management and staff is incredible and gets better every year. It is clear that the hotel seeks to A special mention for a number of people. The cleaning staff are meticulous. Julia in the restaurant is so pleasant and helpful. Clara/Jessica/Valentina in reception are so accommodating.
