The staff was nice and the rooms were all clean. My problem was 1) I paid to be in a specific tower which was coastal and then I get put in the Laguna with no explanation. 2) there was sup to be a small refrigerator in each room - I went to report to the front desk that one didn’t have a fridge. ...

Impala Suites
Noise above our room keep us awake all night. I alerted the desk at 9pm but no relief. I stay at a lot of hotels every year, this was the worst night ever.
