"The room was lovely, the view beautiful, and the bed nice and comfortable. The spa bath was nice and unexpected. The only complaint I have is reception closes very early - 4pm. We got our keys just fine, but that's weirdly early for reception to close."

"I did not get to stay at the Pullman and took protection cover in case we were unable to make it. They are now not honouring my travel protection and are charging me for not staying. Appalling given I was covered according to the communication. "
