"We had to change our room right when we got there because the carpet was wet and the tile floor to the bathroom was slippery. The room that we went to next: 1) bed was broken (it was too late to go back downstairs to change rooms all over again), 2) there was very QUESTIONABLE hair on top of one bed and 3) there was a panty liner sticker stuck to the top of one shelf in the bathroom. Since we came back late - it was just too much hassle to pack up everything and go downstairs to talk to front desk again. I reserved two rooms for the night - other one was okay except for the water pressure and it being too hard to adjust the water temperature. When I went to check out and told the front desk what was going on in our room - they just shrugged and said “oh okay.” - no sorry. I would NOT recommend this hotel even though it’s close to everything. "

"I stayed here for 3 nights. I had a city view with a balcony. The room was decent, however the hotel had no microwave or nowhere to heat up food. The hotel didn’t have a shop to get Tylenol, or any toiletries at the hotel as promised. "

"Bar wasn’t open and my room wasn’t very clean checking in, the entire floor of the unit was very sticky and there were some of previous tenant’s forgotten items left in the bedroom like socks. The tv in the bedroom wouldn’t turn on at all."

"Great views and a great location—unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The staff, particularly at the reservation desk, come across as rude, impatient, and noticeably out of sync with the front desk. While the front desk is approachable and helpful, the reservation team seems far more focused on getting money out of you than actually assisting. I’d strongly recommend documenting any interactions, as consistency doesn’t seem to be a priority and information may change depending on who you speak with"
