"The place was gross. Besides just being old, we had stains on both our pillows and sheets. We got in from a concert, and just needed sleep, so we dealt with it. The breakfast was a joke. No staff in sight, and nothing refilled. I.made sure to choose a place with breakfast, but they didnt even have coffee. Finding someone to help was impossible. "

"Staff barely spoke a word as we were registering. Very unfriendly and not welcoming at all. Anothet family came up and requested a room move for the 2nd time due to dirty rooms. Our bathtub was dirty with hairs in it, walls, ceiling and floors were stained. Lamps on the wall both broken. Bed was very hard with very small pillows. Towels smelled damp& mildewed. Overall very unpleasant visit. "

"The staff was wonderful but the rooms are outdated there was rust everywhere. The water was so cold u could only be in it for an hour. It was definitely much smaller then expected and the rooms dont come with the water park access u have to buy thise separately. The food was all microwave food except the pizza. Overall disappointing "
