Oda ve eşyalar temizdi. Otel tam merkezde ve her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Otopark ve valenin olmaması bir sorun çünkü park yeri bulamazsan 30 dk boyunca aynı yola çıkmak için uğraşıyorsun.(Tek yön tek şerit yol) Tuvalet kokuyordu ancak girilmeyecek kadar değildi. Kapıyı kapalı tuttuğun sürece problem yoktu. Yine Mardin'e gitsem aynı otelde kalırım

gayet memnun kaldık

internetteki yorumlara bakınca korkarak girmiştik ama gayet temiz, yataklar rahat, ilgi yeterli, kahvlatı da iyi ve yeterli idi... konum olarak zaten çok iyi gezilecek yerlerin içi, gezilecek yolun direkt üstünde... kendi terasları da gezip görülecek yerlerin manzarısına sahip... banyolar kokuyor diyorlar ama taş bir yapı tabiki havalnadırma sorunu mevcut ama bizirahatsız etmedi... otopark yakın mesafede varmış biz bulamamıştık sadece gitmeden otele varmadan önceki otoparka bakıp belirleyip öyle gitmekte yarar var.. keze otel önü ana gezilecek cadde duraksama yapmak bile zor...

Odaları çok güzel ancak penceleri çok ses geçiriyor, dışarıdaki tüm müzik eğlenceyi duyuyorsunuz. Bu gece 12’ye kadar sürdü ve çok yoğun bir müzik sesi geliyordu. Çok rahatsız edici ancak bunun için ses geçirmeyen camlar konulmamış. Rahat bir şekilde erkenden uyumanız mümkün değil. Kahvaltısı da üç yıldızlı bir otele göre kaliteli ve yeterli değildi.

Otelin konumu dışında hiçbir iyi tarafı yok. Otoparkımız var denilmesine rağmen yokmuş civardaki kapalı otoparka yönlendirdiler. Civarda park yeri olmadığı için oraya mecbur kalıyorsunuz ve gerçekten pahalı. Tuvaleti çok kötü kokuyor ve tavanı akıyor. Yatakların ortası çökmüş böyle bir konumda bu fiyata biraz daha özenli odalar beklerdik beklentimiz düşük olmasına rağmen hayal kırıklığına uğrattı.

Sigara kokulu yastıklar ve ilgisiz çalışanlar

Odanın temizliği bitmeden odaya girdik ve o duruma şahit olduk. Ellerinde ki su dolu pet şişeleri odanın ortasına serpip paspas yapıyorlar. Oda değişikliği talep ettik gittiğimiz odada yastıklarımıza tişört geçirdik sigara kokusundan uyunmuyordu. Genel itibari ile ilgisiz ve umursamaz bir tavırları var tüm otel çalışanlarının. Mardin de müşteri sıkıntısı olmadığı aşikar fiyat uygun diye gittik ama gerçekten o fiyat bile bu otel için fazla gelebilir. Sabah kahvaltı da kurumuş börekler özensiz bir kaç kahvaltılık ve ilgisiz çalışanlar. Gece canlı müzikten uyuyamadık ve böyle bir durum olduğunu otel ücretini ödeyip odaya geçtikten sonra söylediler. Bizim için fiyaskoydu

unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, the pictures did not match the reality of the room I was given. Even there was no shampoo provided and bathroom was not tiidy and clean, which is a basic amenity one would expect. Additionally, the air-conditioning system was unreliable and did not function properly, making the room uncomfortable. Parking was a headache with limited spaces and poor management. Overall, I do not recommend staying here.

There was black mould growing on the walls underneath peeling wallpaper. The roof leaked. Tv did not work,fridge stopped working, no coat hangers,no mattress protector no top sheet on bed,water took 15mins to come out of the tap i timed it then 10 mins to get hot.

Good location

In first time when I was getting there to check in. I was waiting for 30 minutes in front of the door. Because no body there to check in. The final the man who came and the face sleep. Also, I paid the parking, but the actual I had a free valet, but he didn't earn to me only said need to pay.

Würde ich nie wieder buchen Personal sehr sehr unfreundlich beim Beschreibung Parkservice falsch information und Personal sagt euer Problem Zimmer nicht gekriegt wie beschrieben 4 Bett Zimmer sondern 3 Bett gekriegt aber für vier Bett gezahlt dann sagt Bucht halt nicht online weil online günstiger ist In der früh kein Wasser zum Duschen nicht mal zum Gesicht waschen Überall dreckig Würde ich keine Raten
