I do not recommend this property for solo women travellers. Not sure what goes on in this region, but I find staff offering to drink wine in the guest room with me extremely disrespectful. Simply refused, but kept insisting for the two nights I stayed there which made my stay uncomfortable.

Disappointing, given that this is an expensive hotel! They switched our room for a horrible smelly one, and blamed it on Expedia booking ( don't believe it for a second) and one of the manager was incredibly rude. Trying to be a luxury hotel but not quite getting there. Parking nearby difficult, no one to assist with bags, breakfast mediocre. poor lighting in rooms, bad internet, terrible bathroom plumbing.

Otelin konumu muhteşemdi, otelin manzarası çok güzeldi saatlerce manzarayı seyrettik. Otel şehrin tam merkezinde her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi buram buram tarih kokuyordu... personelleri çok ilgiliydi her konuda yardımcı olup hızlı aksiyon aldılar Sadece odada duş açıktaydı o biraz tuhaftı haricinde her şey şahaneydi. Waren etwas enttäuscht, aber es ist eine solide Unterkunft. Wir haben extra dieses Hotel ausgewählt und sogar fast doppelt so viel gezahlt wie für andere Hotels in der Umgebung. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung das Badezimmer riecht unangenehm und feucht, liegt wahrscheinlich daran, dass es keine Abluft hat. Man muss auch bedenken, dass es ein altes traditionelles Steinhaus ist. Die Sauberkeit war mittelmäßig - leider waren zwei Kissen schmutzig. Das Personal war aber sehr zuvorkommend und nett und hilfsbereit. Dieses Hotel sieht sehr schön aus. Das Frühstück ist überschaubar, aber erfüllt seinen Zweck fußläufig zu erreichen Parkplätze in der unmittelbaren Umgebung eher schwierig bis gar nicht möglich, da das Hotel in einer engen Fußgängerpassage liegt. Alles in allem war es ein Aufenthalt, der in Ordnung war für eine Nacht.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Top Lage. Leider schwer zu finden! Am Besten erreichbar von der Straße "1.Cade", wenn man in der Nähe von " Hasan Ammar Çarşısı" Parkt, sind es nur noch 5-10 Gehminuten. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst hätten wir uns 1Std Suchen gespart. Personal ist sehr nett und das Hotel geht auf die Wünsche des Gastes ein, fanden wir sehr gut.

Yer olarak tarihi evlerin içerisinde çok güzel ama çok fazla merdiven çıkıp inmek gerekiyor merkeze ana caddeye veya arabanıza gitmek için. Otopark durumu yok. Arabanızı ya aşağıda ya da yukarıda bırakıyorsunuz. Bizim için çok yorucu oldu. Gece geç saatte dönünce dar mardin sokaklarında otelin yolunu bulmakta zorlandık. Daha fazla tabela koymaları lazım kesinlikle. Valizlerin taşınması için ise bu konuda otel yardımcı oluyor. Kahvaltı; Mardin yöresine ait olabilirdi. Yöreye ait bir kahvaltı içeriği yoktu. Normal bir kahvaltı ve o da yeterli çeşitte değildi. Otelin bahçesinde akşamları oturmak çok keyifli. Temizlik olarak iyiydi.

Tarihi dokusuyla bütünleşmiş bu otel, Eski Mardin'in atmosferini doyasıya yaşamak isteyenlere mükemmel bir seçenek sunuyor. Araçla ulaşım olmadığı için valiz taşımak biraz zor oldu, en yakın otoparka bırakmamız için yönlendirip valiz konusunda da yardımcı oldular. 3 arkadaş konakladık, odamız geniş ve ferahtı. Taş yapı olmasına rağmen kilima odayı çok güzel ısıttı, onunla ilgili herhangi bir tereddütünüz olmasın. Unutulmaz anılar bırakmamıza olanak tanıdı, tekrar mutlaka geleceğiz :)

Mardinde kalınabilecek çok az sayıdaki iyi otelden biri. Konumu yürüme mesafesi için iyi fakat araçla otelin önüne kadar ulaşım şansı bulunmamakta. Eski mardinde gezilecek yerlere yakın. Gündüz resepsiyona bakan görevli 2 gece rezervasyon yaptırmamıza rağmen gün içinde ansızın arayarak siz bugün çıkmıyor musunuz rezervasyonunuz 1 gece gözüküyor dememiş olsaydı puanım belki biraz daha çok olurdu. Ve bir de diğer giriş yapacak arkadaşlarımızın hangi odada kalacağını bana sormasaydı :) iyi ki hotels üzerinden rezervasyon yaptırmışım. Odalar temiz ve güzel fakat arkadaşlarımızın tek gece kalacağı odada bile tuvalet kapağını gece gece tamir ettirmeleri gerekti. Bunlar önceden düşünülüp yapılmalıydı. Oda Soğuk olur endişem vardı fakat gayet sıcaktı. Kahvaltıda soğuk yumurta yememiz dışında yeterliydi fakat bir serpme kahvaltı beklentisine girmeyin. Bell boy Selim için sadece karşılamaya 10/10 veriyoruz. Manzara güzeldi.
