Tam anlamıyla hayal kırıklığı! Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Hotels.com üzerinden Classic oda rezervasyonu yapmamıza rağmen otele gittiğimizde bu odaların dolu olduğu söylendi. Üstelik rezervasyonumuzun kendi sistemlerinde Economy oda olarak göründüğünü iddia ederek bizi daha düşük kategoride bir odaya yerleştirdiler. Yaşadığımız mağduriyeti dile getirmemize rağmen otel yönetimi hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olmadı. Sorunu çözmek adına en ufak bir çaba bile gösterilmedi. Bunlar yetmezmiş gibi kaldığımız oda temiz değildi. Hijyen konusunda da ciddi anlamda hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Bir otelden beklenen en temel şey temizlik, dürüstlük ve misafir memnuniyetidir. Ne yazık ki bu işletmede üçünü de göremedik.

Çalışanlar gerçekten çok destek oldular, yerel kültür ve yapılacaklar hakkında bilgi veriyorlar. Kahvaltıları otantik bir sunumla yapılıyor. İşletme gerçek bir konakta, ana caddenin sonunda. Ulaşımı toplu taşıma ile de yapılabiliyor.

Mehmet kardeşime çok teşekkür ederim çok ilgili. Odalara gelince çok temiz ve güzel. Mardin havasını ve atmosferini hem odalarda hemde terasında hissedebileceğiniz, konum olarakta merkeze çok çok yakın olan bu yer için teşekkür ederiz. Kendi otoparkları yok fakat hemen konağın olduğu konumun üst tarafında halka açık bir otopark mevcut ve gecelik fiyatı ortalama 600 TL gibi. Ayrıca Mardinde araca ihtiyacınız yok heryer yürüme mesafesinde. Sadece Kasımiye medresesine aracınız varsa 10 dakikalık bir araç yolu yoksa taksiylede gidebilirsiniz.

2 ay önce işletmeyi kiracıdan devralıp yeni bir hizmet anlayışı ve kalitesi ile oteli işletmeye başlayan sahibi Kerem Bey'e, ailesine Bedrettin bey ve Sevim hanım'a ve tüm çalışanlara çok çok teşekkür ediyorum. Bence 4 yıldızı kesinlikle hak ediyor. Güleryüzlü ve misafirperver bu aile ve çalışanlar sizi evinizde hissettiriyor, Her zaman çok yardımseverler. Otel çok güzel, güvenli, kahvaltı süper, çok merkezi bir yerde, her yere yakın, kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Eski yorumları bence dikkate almayın , Fiyat-performansa göre emsallerine göre çok iyi. Tekrar gidersem yine orada kalırım . Hepsine herşey için çok teşekkür ediyorum. Yeni dönemlerinde başarılar ve hayırlı kazançlar dilerim . I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Kerem, his family, Mr. Bedrettin and Mrs. Sevim, and all the staff, who took over the business from the previous tenant two months ago and started operating the hotel with a new service approach and quality. I believe it absolutely deserves 4 stars. This family and staff are friendly and hospitable, making you feel at home. They are always very helpful. The hotel is beautiful, safe, the breakfast is superb, it's in a very central location, close to everything, I definitely recommend it. I think you shouldn't pay attention to the old reviews. Considering the price-performance ratio, it's very good compared to similar hotels. If I go again, I will stay there again. Thank you all very much for everything.
