"The location of the hotel is excellent: next to hot springs and five minutes walking to the town center. The buildings are old but functional and the rooms are suite type. There are onsite restaurants and many excellent restaurants nearby."

This boutique hotel hosts only four rooms, which creates a sense of exclusivity and allows for very personalized service. I truly appreciated how friendly and attentive the staff were throughout my stay. I was warmly welcomed with a drink and given a detailed overview of the area. I also valued the daily advice I received from the staff on how to best experience Baños—they really helped elevate my trip. The views from the rooms are what truly set this hotel apart.
