"A stale kitchen smell hung around the reception and permeated the building. No lights were on and it was like entering a dark cave. I normally like quaint old hotels but this was just down at heel and dispiriting. The photographer must be very clever as the reality was dismal. The sauna was an extra 55 Euros so we didnt use it and didn't eat there as the stale smell was so unappetising. We would not have stayed except that we had booked and paid in advance."

"A lovely place to stay. We were on a trip to Bergerac and this was a one night stop so we didn't reallyhave a chance to experience the pool/spa, but the outside sitting areas were nice and being able to get wine and beer was really nice after a long drive. The hosts are every attentive, and although we can't speak french very well and their english was limited Google translate saved the day, especially at meal time when we sat with Celine and her family"

"Wow! Wow! Wow! This quirky, little place completely stole our hearts ♄ My little boy was gutted we had to leave and said he'll never forgot this place or Yves- the farmer! đŸ„° When we arrived we were invited into his home for beers around his kitchen table and he told us how he built the treehouse all by himself and the zip wires. Breakfast was delivered each morning to the treehouse in a basket where we ate it in the treetops- totally magical! There was enough food for breakfast, lunch and tea! Our children loved being able to wander around the farm, feeding the animals and the zip wire and pool were a big hit with them both! "
