"Great hotel. Modern. Clean and very efficient. I just wonder why every time we book a room through Expedia. We end up at the back of the hotel in the last rooms with a mile walk and dated rooms"

"Easy parking and a warm welcome. Rooms were clean and the hotel has great facilities, staff were all very friendly and the breakfast had a large selection of food with plenty for everyone. Thought the hotel was good value for money and would use again"

"Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. There was a glitch in the admin system which meant it thought I hadn't paid, paid again and then got to room, checked and went back to rectify and said it could take up to 6 days to refund. The room was boiling even though there was a fan in the room, they had no extra fans to help with the warmth which was nearly unbearable on day 1. The room was for 3 people but only set up for 2. You can see the effort they are putting into the hotel and they're doing a great job of it. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choices. We didn't know the facilities in the spa were not working and we're not told upon checking in however the weather was perfect for the lido thankfully which is a lovely asset. Would definitely return but take an extra fan if hot weather is expected."
