"Miss Bliss at the front desk was very helpful, I LOVED LOVED the showers and the bed, everything was spotless,some of the breakfast ladies need to be a little bit more friendly and the snacks should be free,they are doing construction outside but the hotel and the lobby were MAGNIFICENT 🙏😇🙏😇"

"Restroom reeked of urine. Multiple long hairs found in the bathroom, and one on the bedroom door. Stagnant musky smell from the AC unit. I'd rather park in the parking lot and sleep in my car. At least now I know to avoid this chain at all cost."

"Room was fair - half of tv had gray coloring, lighting in the room was poor, toilet paper was rough, terrible yellow lighting in bathroom that made room very hot, pillows very uncomfortable, could not connect to wifi, parking across the street was INSANELY expensive, no clock in the room, front desk not helpful with food recommnendations, etc. Jimmy V's food was good but they were out of most alcoholic drinks, some food options, ran low on glasses... area did NOT feel safe at night when walking around. Price high for only a decent hotel. Very disappointing. Coffee bar had bad coffee also."

"I reserved my room weeks in advance for my daughter's college graduation at NC State and when I arrived, I was told they had overbooked and I did not get my double queen that I requested. I was told that I would receive a fold away bed, but I never received it. I was given credit to use at the beverage center near the desk. I, also, had an issue with the toilet that was never addressed. I just think that for the amount of money my family spent for one evening, things could have been a little more accommodating."
