"My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at your hotel for two weeks and truly enjoyed every moment. What made our stay especially memorable was the exceptional staff—everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Every request we made was handled promptly and efficiently, always with a gracious smile. We would like to extend our special thanks to Mara and Stephany from reception; Lidia and Maria from housekeeping; and Marina and Antonella from the breakfast buffet for their help with everything we needed, as well as for their kindness and warmth. "Perfect location right next to the ski train going to Kleine Scheidegg and a cable car going to Mannlichen. Amazing spa with warm sea water pool fuul of water jet massage spots, hamam, sauna, dipping pools, and an ice water plunge bucket. Breakfast choices are a bit repetitive, but plentiful. "

"A very nice hotel. About a five minute walk from the train station. The restaurant downstairs is really good, albeit a little expensive. The location is wonderful. And the hotel itself was very clean and the rooms are very nice. The staff was extremely friendly. I would recommend this hotel."
