"Great location, the staff were FANTASTIC, breakfast good…. Only issue is the room needs renovation. Mould around shower and damp areas on walls. However really good hotel and the position is fantastic. "

Staff were very helpful - especially helping us decipher the rules around street parking. Breakfast and pre-dinner drinks on the rooftop was incredible - especially sunset drinks. "What a truly amazing location. We enjoyed the cafe, museum and fruit market that was right next to the hotel. Walking the historic streets of Trapani really neat and the near by park has a Theater (Teatro Giuseppe Di Stefano) that hosts Opera during the summer and we were lucky enough to attend! "

"Overall good value for location and accommodation. Big problem the shuttle back to the ferry which is offered as part of the service was refused apparently because the ferry left at 7.55am and the shuttle starts ay 8am. To be at tbe ferry the shuttle would need to have left at 7.30 !!! I was advised to get a taxi. I walked. The onsite shop and bar barista closed for tbe season midway through my stay. Very very annoying and a massive disappointment not to buy a coffee in the morning. Nearest...

The renovations to the building are well executed with old stonework and wood beam ceilings integrated into all the modern commodities. "Casa Iraci si trova in una posizione strategica che permette di raggiungere le principali attrazioni a piedi. Si trova a due passi dal centro ed è anche vicina al porto dove ci si può imbarcare per visitare le bellissime Egadi. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto ed è anche molto tecnologico: è una piccola chicca. La comunicazione con l'host è stata eccezionale ed ha dimostrato estrema disponibilità. Esperienza raccomandatissima!"

"There’s an inviting photo of a hot tub at advertisement, was so looking forward to it, no where to be found. It’s an expensive space that feels cold & uncared for, nicks and black scruff marks in bedroom, empty walls. Small shower without door brings cold air in as you wash, drain comes undone as you move around washing, it was packed with slimy hair, and there’s a window in the small bathroom that opens to the hallway, opposite the toilet, whether open or not, your toilet noise can be heard in...

"This place was amazing. Easy to find. Parking is nearby. It's also in a good location to walk around the shops and restaurants. The terrace on the top of the building is relaxing. This is a place I would recommend and I would stay at again."

"Fantastic hotel and service, staff are very friendly and professional. We had a great stay. We went at end of August 2025. Three minor comments on the property (1) the pool was very cold - too cold for our kids - would be good if there was temperature control (2) a regular shuttle into town would be good, we hired a car but if there was a regular shuttle on an evening it would be better; (3) the beach resort was a long way, I wouldn’t bother with this if I was managing the hotel - it was wasn’t worth the effort and again the shuttle times are extremely limited, would feel trapped down there without a car."

"Beautiful wine resort. Peaceful and very welcoming. Staff were lovely. Fantastic pool and terrace to have lunch/drinks, and the most lovely courtyard for dinner which was delicious. Great wine tasting . Cannot fault this property, unfortunately we only had 1 night there but we were unexpectedly upgraded to a junior suite which was amazing. Highly recommend !! 5*"
