Older but nice motel, working fridge, microwave and airco. Great little pool.

Cute little motel

Like many of the properties in the keys, this is an small, older motel. But it is very well maintained, and very clean. The rooms are small, but well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the location was convenient too. If you are looking for a modern luxury hotel, this isn't for you. But if you just want a clean, comfortable room, I would recommend this.

Centrally located in Marathon with good eats nearby. Room 1 is noisy with street noise but side rooms are great. Nothing fancy but great if you are on a budget. Good pool area.

Total garbage dump !!!

Stay far far away from this place Dirty,Run Down dump light fixture ourside broken or missing. Floors filthy bathtub filthy Door dodnt close properly and deadbolt didnt work!! Where do i start with the bed old folded in horrible matress !Watched the houskkeeeper smoke a cigerette and flick it into the grass in front of rhe office Stay far far away!!! If i could give it less than one star i would !!!!

Clean, comfortable and pleasant

The hotel was clean, and comfortable. The owners are nice, and friendly. The location is great, near Sombrero Beach. This is a great place to stay! I'll definitely be back.

BEST OWNERS EVER!!!!!

well, all i can say is we will stay here for now on when we go to the keys. This is due to the owners honesty. we left a significant amount of cash in our room, (extremely stupid thing to do) and when we notified the owner of our mistake, he went to our room and retrieved it and held on to it for us to come back and pick it up. any other place would have simply said it was gone. The most honest people we have met in a long time and that goes a long way with us.

This is a quaint little motel in the "old Florida" style, with well done updates in the bathroom and outside areas. The beds were comfortable and the refrigerator and microwave were nice additions. Our only complaint was that the internet did not work at all the entire time we were there -- an aggravation since the sign out front advertises "really fast internet." We had to buy extra time on our hotspots to get internet.

Really great location next to tons of restaurants and super helpful staff. My only cons would be no breakfast provided (but the hotel can provide you with a map of nearby restaurants though), and also the beds were petty uncomfortable. Overall, rooms were clean and nice.

For the amount of money they collect you would think they could replace the TV remote that was crack in four pieces and my son cut his hand on, light switches were broken so we had to twist the bulbs and the shower get warm then burns the crap out of you out of no where. I don't recommend.

Great and affordable

It was the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway! Comfortable beds and convenient amenities. Would definitely recommend the Sea Dell Motel to anyone.

Nice clean stop in the Keys

I stopped here overnight on my way to Key West. I was very pleased with my stay here. It is right on the main road through the Keys so it is a mish mash of retail and commercial on either side but backed by a quiet residential street. It doesn't look like much from the road, but this is a very clean and well maintained budget location with a nice retro ambience. Reminds me of traveling with my parents when I was young, back before the chain hotels became the norm.
