"Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. "Great hotel! The staff is amazing. Good breakfast buffet. Excellent location near everything. The room was spacious and updated. The shower water pressure was not good and it was hard to control the cold/hot water. They also shut down the power from 11am-1pm when we checked out. That was an inconvenience. Same with the shuttle, they did not have a shuttle on Sunday until 5pm? Strange. Overall, a great stay, We would stay here again."
