"The staff was PERFECT"

"Next time you book a room with a balcony, make sure they have one available and don’t give it away to someone else. We booked a room through Expedia with a balcony once we got to the hotel we were told that there were only three rooms available that can accommodate four or more people, and the other rooms are already given away. We were in the back of the hotel with no view of the ocean at all, that is my main complaint was that we had no balcony room when we booked it and paid for it. Staff was really friendly and the hotel was very clean."

"Very nice staff. Hot tub and Indoor pool were also closed for the season which we were expecting because those usually stay open year around. "

"My third time staying here and second time renting the plaza suite. Always a good time. You get what you pay for. It’s not a high end hotel but I haven’t come across any major issues that would make me not want to come back. "
