Quiero destacar a todo el personal del hotel. Siempre con una sonrisa y amables. Dispuestos a solucionar y dar información. El hotel esta en una ubicación excelente. Solo le cambiaría el baño que se moja todo cuando te duchas pero es mínimo eso.
La calefacción es excelente y el desayuno delicioso.

La habitacion es chiquita pero agradable. La atencion del personal muy buena. Lo inico que no me gusto mucho es el baño, es demasiado chico y la ducha no tiene una separacion y mojas todo.. y el desayuno muy bueno

Llegue el viernes tomé la habitación y el sábado a la mañana me retiré y fui a otro hotel ! El baño un desastre , inodoro suelto, no tenía división para bañarse , la puerta pegaba contra la cama , malísimo ! Desayuno en una bolsa plástica

Me faltó dinero en la habitación.
Me faltó dinero. El hotel no quiere invertir en cajas de seguridad. No pudieron (en 5 días) identificar quién había entrado en mi habitación. Cuando entré el primer día me dijeron y dieron seguridad plena. Me han estropeado el viaje.
Habitaciones requieren acondicionamiento después de 30 años (un mal de todos los hoteles de Argentina). Los empleados, informales, pero muy agradables. El hotel no se hizo responsable de la falta de dinero y la directora tiene mucho cuento.

Una desilusión y un engaño
La experiencia fue muy mala ya que al reservar en el hotel bagu me llaman por teléfono y me dicen que está todo completo y me mandan a un supuestamente nuevo. El hotel Santander no estaba preparado para atender. Mi habitación no tenía espejo en el baño, mesa ni sillas, son jabón y shampoo y sin wifi. Ante la queja solo me descontaron el estacionamiento.
