The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. The room was uncomfortably hot and the small amount the windows opened and fan were no use. Our shower was totally blocked but it was sorted. Cleanliness of the apartment was not to my standard. "

"Really decent for what it was. It's super close to and in the middle of the city center for Reading so it was a lot easier to get places because it's also close to the freeways. There's a polish market right next door and bank which made it super easy to get stuff in a pinch. I wish the network was better because it was super laggy. "Super central in Reading... Clean, well-equipped. Lovely little pool and sauna area with pool/gym towels - all free for guests - great to keep the little ones occupied on a rainy day. Parking at the hotel's car park itself is costly at £19/night but they can validate some local multi-story car parks within 7-8 mins walk so not paying more than £7-8. Can also use the hotel car park to drop off luggage but it does take a little while to make your way in. "
