"My stay at El Tigre Hideaway was truly one of the greatest vacations I have ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every detail was handled with care, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Andrea, the concierge, who made our experience unforgettable. She went above and beyond in every way possible—coordinating transportation, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay, and always making herself available with a warm smile and exceptional service. Her dedication and kindness made such a lasting impression on us, and I will forever be grateful for everything she did to make our trip so memorable. We stayed in the Honeymoon Villa, and it was absolutely breathtaking. The view was beyond beautiful—waking up each morning and taking in the scenery felt like something out of a dream. "Property was amazing and staff are very warm and helpful. Trails on the property are very nice. Definitely do the night tour as the guide was able to find sloths, tarantulas, green viper, and kinkajou. We did not use the pool. Restaurant on site was reasonably priced and very good food."
