"Comfortable room "

"Rooms were not the cleanest. Definitely not a fresh smell when you walked in. It smelled like BO. For the price we paid, I expected much better. The breakfast was terrible. The weight room was disgusting. Again for the price you paid it just needed to be better."

"BED BUGS! Do not stay at this hotel. We found a bed bug crawling on our pillow when we were winding down for the night. We documented it and reported it to staff immediately, got a new room but felt absolutely disgusted. Save yourself and book elsewhere. It was a complete nightmare and when we requested a refund, we were denied. "

But since we booked through hotels.com, they said to contact them. So we left and headed back to canada. Called hotels.com on the ride home and the hotel refused to refund the money. Complete scammers The room was also filthy, shower was full of mold and hotel was super noisy all night long. Very difficult for children to sleep"
