"The hotel is terribly Managed. This is the second time I have come to this place. Unfortunately, there are always customer service issues. This time it was the towels and breakfasts. In addition, we caught a virus. They oversold breakfasts to people who were not hotel guests, leaving those of us who paid in advance with nothing to eat but the leftovers.
