"The shower in my room made a horrible screeching and thumping noise from both hot and cold taps which made having a shower very unpleasant. Then at midnight I had to listen to the room next door using their shower that was also screeching and thumping. The plumbing needs to be fixed."

"The only thing was when anyone used the toilets we could hear it running through the pipes and kept us awake most of the night. Apart from that we were really happy with everything else. Staff were really friendly and helpful from the time of arrival till the time we departed."
