"We stayed on the coldest week of November when snow was falling and outside temperatures were below 0°c, the landlord controls the heating via an app in the office, we complained over half a dozen times and it was Wednesday before they turned it on, we were sat watching telly in our jumpers, coats and hats. Only downside for us was some minor dirty bits that had been missed off on the cleaning schedule, and the welcome pack needs updating e.g. WiFi was different, and this didn;t include instructions/code for the bin stores (that was on the back of the front door).
