Such a lovely, homely feel to the cabin with tranquil surroundings. Lovely wood fire for those cold evenings and a warm spa on the deck with an awesome view. I couldnt imagine staying anywhere else when headed down south, very good price also. Will absolutely be back.

Such a relaxing stay! Comfy bed, great shower and a jacuzzi on the deck was the highlight. Monica and Jamie were lovely and welcoming. although the chalets are a little dated, they have everything you need for a relaxing and quiet getaway. Will definitely be back.

If you want a tranquil and peaceful place to stay, where you can soak up a sunset in a spa on the balcony, watch kangaroos and birds and just unwind and relax, then Scarlet Woods Chalets are for you. Very private, only 4 chalets on the huge premises with views to die for, spacious units with fully equipped kitchen, tile fire, A/C and multiple entertainment options available. Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend this place! The location was so peaceful & easy to find. Roughly 15 mins to Pemberton by car. The property was super clean, tidy, beautiful fire pit & hot tub overlooking the Forrest. The only thing I could add is there are no washing machines or driers which we didn’t realise when we booked (wanted to dry our clothes after the Hot tub/ rain) & there is no reception/ WIFI unless you’re with Telstra which was great for us as we wanted to disconnect for a weekend but also a little stressful as there is no way to call for help if needed. Would be great if they allowed pets (we wanted to bring our well behaved dog) but weren’t allowed as stated on the T&Cs. Otherwise 10/10 property, lovely helpful staff & will be staying again in the future!

A great place to stay if you’re wanting something private and away from the ‘hussle and bustle’. We stayed with our two children aged 10 & 8 and they loved exploring the property and made good use of the spa! Highly recommended.

We couldn’t rate this place high enough! The views were incredible! The cleanliness of the chalet was very impressive (even for a professional cleaner) the hosts were so genuine and lovely and offered some great local knowledge. There was milk and juice in the fridge ready for us and the fire was all set up ready to light. This was perfect as a romantic weekend away without the kids but we know they would have loved it too. 2 nights just wasn’t enough, the photos don’t do it justice and we can’t wait to book another weekend here again soon. Very comfortable, cosy stay with a beautiful outlook. We enjoyed exploring the region and coming back each day to a lovely fire and relaxing in the hot tub. Had a great night’s sleep on the amazing mattress. Loved our stay!

Stunning views and the SPA. Washing machine is not available in such a premium stay. But it did not matter much to us as our stay was short and we carried enough clothes. There is no Wifi. Also, there is no coverage with certain cellular services in the area around the property.

No disappointments here!

Very well maintained and pleasantly appointed spacious chalets with all mod cons, appearing in the metaphorical flesh as per the pics on the Scarlet Woods website, no disappointment. I don’t recommend easily however if tranquility in a beautiful setting is what you seek this ticks all the boxes. A very enjoyable stay, would definitely return and perhaps for longer than the five nights spent on this occasion.

Secluded paradise.

I loved my 2 night stay, from the comfortable bed to watching the kangaroos from my balcony for breakfast. Situated on the hill top overlooking the forests and valleys, it was truly a tranquil place. The chalet was modern, spacious and very clean .

Brilliant! I will be going back next year

Hot tub was amazing and hot on arrival, plenty of firewood provided for the fire, very tidy and well kept chalet, very comfy bed. There was also loads of wildlife around the spacious property, a nice walking track as well as great views from the chalet. Vodafone had reliable reception in chalet 1. Optus did not, don't think telstra had reception either. Overall, this was the best stay I have had down south and I will certainly be going back!

Comfy stay in a beautiful surrounding. Nicely built chalets which are homely. Kitchen is well accessorised too! Spa on the deck overlooking the Kari trees and kangaroos is a perfect touch to the accommodation and the hot belly stove would be great in the winter!

Beautiful peaceful surroundings

Loved the chalet. All the amenities we could need. Well stocked kitchen. Barbequed on the large deck, sat and watched the kangaroos, listened to the many birds in the trees. Enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. Was a beautiful, serene atmosphere yet close enough to drive to many interesting places. When we arrived discovered a homemade loaf of bread, in the cupboard, milk, juice and coffee to tide us over in case we didn't arrive with any groceries. Was one of the nicest accommodations we had it WA and would highly recommend it .
