This is a beautiful venue in the city of Manizales. Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. The location is in a natural reserve with the opportunity to see butterflies, hummingbirds and other birds. It is near the business district. Breakfast is included and it has two restaurants with a good menu. Staff is very courteous and helpful.

I would easily stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay. The employees were exceptional. They never seemed to bothered to help. If you stay there, do the 1.5hr Nature Guided hike.

We had to wait for the check in, because there was only 1 person at the counter. Later we were asked to pay the VAT. The reason why was explained in a rather unclear and condescending way, as it hasn’t happened in any other hotel prior. Facilities close at 6pm, which is very early. The rooms have no AC so it’s quite hot inside. Rooms are also small. The area outside the hotel is very nice.
