"I arrived Sunday evening and checked in. Was not provided a wi fi password and couldn’t reach the host. Monday morning we had a horrific earthquake and I ran out of the room. Maybe 6 hours later, I was told that they will have a different room ready for me. I was very concerned about going back into the building as it had significant structural damage.
