"Hotel was very well located in the downtown area - walkable to lots of places including the Forks and Exchange area. Modern, clean and well maintained. The gym was small but adequate. I found the parking to be a bit of a pain - have to walk through a maze of skywalks to get there so hard to navigate the first time. My room was very comfortable, bed was a lovely King size. The only issue was the noise - there seems to be a lot of emergency vehicles coming and going in the downtown area. Overall I would recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is located close to many amenities downtown. We did not feel comfortable being outside the hotel in the evening. The police were on site while we were there to arrest a person in the hotel. This is not the hotels fault but a symptom of the downtown population in Winnipeg."
