Convenient location @ walking distance of the airport. Location around the hotel did not feel safe. Hotel itself a WIP with a high DIY level of an amateur. In general hotel is OK for one night to catch an early or late flight

The room I wanted was not available at the last minute but Caesar was helpful for us and found us something, a smaller room. The hotel is very basic, in an industrial zone. Breakfast was very minimal.

Perfect hotel for a few nights!

Went to valencia for 4 nights, this hotel was perfect for what we needed it for! Basically just to sleep in, had everything that we needed and for the price we cant complain! We walked from the airport at 10.15pm and it was so easy and well lit, lidls right next door, plenty other supermarkets, restaurants near by. One day we walked into valencia, was a long walk but a nice walk. Other than checking in we didnt have much to do with the staff, they came by our room one evening to change our towels but we were in bed so was a little awkward! However would 100% stay again and recommend.

It is probably the most Chinese hotel in Spain. Big rooms, huge TV screens, extremely colorful carpets, and decent prices. As soon as this is what you are looking for, you will certainly find your happiness here. Moreover, the hotel is 5 minutes walk to the subway. Some maintenance is needed, as well as some extra cleaning in the areas that are not so visible (such as the internal courtyard). If breakfast is proposed, that should exist for real and not be replaced by "Sorry, we do not have bread or eggs." An overall surprising and pleasant experience.

The room decor is appalling. The wallpaper has wrinkles, the bathroom have broken tiles and leaks water from the shower, the showerhead has no support. The carpeting is grossly stained, there's holes and tv cables and antennas running across the room, the window are looking into filthy back patio. The matrasses are stone hard. If I hadnt prepaid i would have left or asked for money back. It is a disgrace that such places are listed on Expedia!

Horrible! > Walls are made out of paper: you can hear everything in the rooms nearby. > It might be known for prostitution: we heard from two rooms all detailed sounds of people f**ing and shouting all night long! > the shower was broken > one light stayed on all night long and no ability to switch it off > blankets where missing on the bed, we need to wait for 20-30 min before getting them. > ceiling was partly broken, we saw water dropping from the ceiling My advice: pay 20 EUR more and go to the other hotels nearby!

It was horrible. I would not recommend booking accomodations here, it's near a construction site, there is a car service right by your window - you will not rest, believe me. Also windows have horrible sound proof, so it's like everything's happening inside your room. A maid does terrible job, the only thing she did was take out the trash, no cleaning, no making bed, not even wiping a mirror or a bedside table. I paid 50 euro a night, and there is no working place in the room, no tea, no water bottles even!! Can you imagine this? NO WATER, you have to buy water for 1 euro when you pay 50 euro a night! That's so stupid. All in all, highly NOT recommend, that's going to be a waste of your money and vacation.

Horrible tanto el edificio como el personal

El edificio en sí mismo tenía orginariamente otra funcionalidad y fue provablemente reformado para ser un hotel lo cual ya da una sensación y distribución muy estrañas. A la entrada, la recepcionista no nos miró a la cara ni un segundo, dio la información absolutamente básica y no dijo ni una palabra más, Las habitaciones tienen una distribución muy extraña pero lo malo son los materiales y mobiliario absolutamente recargados, desgastados, sucios, no funcionales y todo reparado con cinta adhesiva, embellecedores sobre los materiales, enchufes mal protegidos, motivos dorados desgastados, enseres que no funcionan, etc El problema también es de limpieza pero sobretodo por causa de materiales de contrucción muy pobres: baldosas que no encajan, muchas juntas con cabellos, pelo, etc restos de basura bajo los muebles y en los rincones, agujeros en la pared, etc etc Además se escucha todo lo que pasa a través de las paredes. Los pasillos presentan alfombras superpuestas una encima de la otro, todo dominado por un fuerte olor de un ambientador muy fuerte obviamente tapando otros olores. El colmo ya fue al realizar el check out, la recepcionista se negó a guardar nuestro equipaje unas horas con expresiones del tipo: donde se cree usted que voy a guardar yo sus maletas, bajo mi silla? Una persona jubilada con movilidad reducida tuvo que cargar con su equipaje durante una visita a la ciudad porque en el hotel no quisieron guardar su equipaje. Lo peor que hemos visto en muchos años.

Sucio, mal gestionado y nada recomendable.

Mi experiencia en este alojamiento fue muy negativa. La limpieza era prácticamente inexistente: el baño estaba sucio, la habitación igual, y daba la sensación de que no se había limpiado correctamente en días. Las zonas comunes tampoco se salvaban. El servicio fue igualmente deficiente. Solicité un taxi al aeropuerto con antelación y me aseguraron que llegaría en 10–15 minutos. Pasados más de 40 minutos seguía sin aparecer, y tuve que salir andando con el equipaje para no perder el vuelo. En general, el trato fue poco profesional y el lugar no ofrece ni lo mínimo que se espera de un hotel. Hay muchas mejores alternativas en la zona por el mismo precio o menos. No lo recomiendo en absoluto y no volveré. Una verdadera decepción.

Peculiar decoración

Adecuado para pasar una noche pero no más, justo al lado de la boca de metro y de un supermercado LIDL y Mercadona. La habitación era muy grande, para dos adultos y dos niñas que íbamos. Tanto que nos sobraba una de las camas king size. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. El suelo con una moqueta horrorosa y sucia. El espejo del baño estaba sucio, y no había papel higiénico más que medio rollo. Las paredes forradas con placas de plástico imitando mármol, se oía absolutamente TODO de la habitación contigua...la ducha con unas plantas de plástico para tapar desperfectos....vamos...yo no me he duchado por la repulsión que me ha dado. Nos ha dado la sensación que el hotel se use para contactos de citas, por la peculiar decoración y el tremendo escándalo de los huéspedes de la lado. Sabanas limpias y atención muy correcta...pero no volveremos.
