"We stayed here as it was close to my friends wedding that we attended. We were happy to stay here for two night. It was comfortable for the duration of the stay. The staff were so lovely, and could t do enough for you. They brought a coffee and a chai up to our room. We would go back if we needed somewhere for a short duration in that town again."

"The front desk is very disorganized. Refrigerator is not working and I’m supposed to be here for 9 days. They said they will not replace the refrigerator and won’t say why. They just tell you that it’s not working and not even an apology. They are also extremely nosy, always asking if someone is staying at the hotel. The Skybar is a joke, no one is there either the day or at night. Also, no curtain in the bathroom to separate the shower and toilet, so when you take a shower water is all over the bathroom. I spent so much time cleaning up the water and asking for more towels. I will probably leave early and check into the grand ambassador. "

"Very poor service! Disappointed. Though they have renovated the rooms, it looks good but the service is very poor. Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. In one room AC was not working and we complained almost 5 times and nothing done! Even the restaurant once famous for good food now I regret going there. Food is oily and can sense its re-used oil."
