"The room was clean, the bed comfortable, pillows not so much, the bathroom although well maintained was very outdated, but the temperature and water pressure was good. The celling light was removed the they just left a hole. And the ventilation was very loud. Nice to have fridge and microwave. The view of the water was nice"

"Reviewing expedia not the room The description of the hotel was 30 minutes approximately from our preferred location. Expedia failed to give an address until after I booked. Then when we found out the hotel was in Tadousac which is a ferry ride away which costs about $100 and doesn’t even run at this time of year, i tried immediately to get a refund through expedia and I couldn’t. So I phoned the hotel and they said no problem cancelling with no charge, but expedia still charged me even though I cancelled. I emailed expedia to explain rhis and have yet to hear from them I will never use expedia again. I will attempt a complaint to paypal as well"
