"The stay at Grand Cafe Hotel was unpleasant , check-in was pretty easy but after a long road trip, all you expect is more attention on helping the guests as carrying the luggage to the room, I couldn’t find anyone who could help me so I did it myself. I called room service for basic supplies as Water (since you can’t find in the room) the answer I got is to go down and get it. (No room temperature water, only cold, if you are sick you better wait the temperature to drop) Those type of hotels...

"Na recepção, não localizaram a reserva por desconhecimento do sistema (demoraram aproximadamente 20 min.). A internet tinha graves limitações. O quarto não tem aquecedor. As camas estão desgastadas. Faltou comunicação sobre evento em restaurante do grupo do hotel. E seria oportuno profissional com informações sobre opções de lazer. Registra-se que a estrutura é grandiosa e os jardins são bonitos e bem cuidados."

"Reservei, 2 quartos. O 1º muito bom, em compensação o 2º péssimo com infiltração até a metade da parede entre o banheiro e o quarto e em decorrência desta infiltração um cheiro de mofo insuportável. Fui obrigado a pernoitar neste hotel pois já se passava das 02:00 HS da madrugada e eu não teria mais condições para dirigir, e o hotel não dispunha de outro quarto."
