We love booking at the grandview. We come here about 3 times a year. It is a great price for a nice hotel room. It is always clean, spacious, and not ghetto like other properties. It also has a full kitchen with dishes that we always use!

Staff were excellent. Really helpful and friendly. The rooms could be cleaner, we had some cobwebs. The furniture is pretty old as well with stains. Overall it is an old hotel that could use a makeover but still pretty nice.
