"The hotel and room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was very nice to have a free warm breakfast."

"The room was clean, but we were informed at check in that the power went out the day prior and the AC had not been fixed. There was no compensation provided and no free bottles of water to offset the temperature being above 76 in the room at all times. Also the bottles of soap were empty or close to empty in the shower. The parking lot was extremely dark and felt slightly unsafe. "

"Decent accommodation, good value for the price. Room was clean, we had no issues with "smells or bugs.". The room had a working TV, microwave, coffee maker, a small refrigerator, and even a safe. Towel supply was good, water was hot and good pressure. "Toiletries" included soap and shampoo, only. The facility does need some updates. Yes, the room door handle needing to be "lifted and jiggled" to close. The shower/bath faucet dripped. There are some cosmetic issues. And the "breakfast" was just coffee and juice. However... The price was right, we felt safe, and it is close to a grocery store and convenience stores. Overall, we would stay here again."

"The only issue we had was our room keys had to keep being reset. This was very inconvenient and seemed to be a common occurrence."

"It was fine, the staff was courteous. The rooms were just ok with lots lacking in comfort - sinks were clogged, shower made a weird squealing noise and beds/bedding were ok. Nothing terrible at all, just overall a mid grade hotel. The staff was quick to change our room when we discovered the pull out mattress was missing , despite being a very busy check in night. The lady in charge of breakfast was a delight though. "
