"Staff were lovely and proximity to rainbows end awesome. Other than that I’m not sure I would go back to be honest. Quite run down, one room had a very dirty loo, blocked shower and funny smell."

"Beautiful accommodation in a quiet neighbourhood that is surrounded by reserves with native bush. The staff are very helpful (thanks for doing my laundry for me!). Our two bedroom downstairs unit had a ensuite and small kitchenette, couch, table and tv, but we could also use the main shared lounge/kitchen if we wished. We barely noticed the other guests who were staying upstairs at the same time as us because they didn’t seem to use the communal area. It was obvious someone had put a lot of thought into the decor to make you feel like you’re staying somewhere luxurious. "

"Apartment was fine but a little tired. Couch springs were gone and it was a bit noisy being located across from bus station. "

"The staff were welcoming supportive and very helpful. The room was newly renovated and very well appointed. Extras such as a coffee machine, safe were all included. The service and facilities and meal options at the bar were excellent "
