The room smelled really bad, like old and rancid. The bed sheets had a strong foul mothy smell like they haven’t been washed in months. The bathroom walls were dirty and stained. The balcony had no table or chairs. The tv is very small, very bad quality picture and no Netflix or cable.

O quarto era pequeno e apertado. O primeiro quarto mal tinha janela, tive que pedir para trocar. O hotel como um todo é antigo e com muitas infiltrações. Hotel fede a fritura o tempo todo, se diz resort mas não é nem perto um resort. A piscina é minúscula, super gelada e não tem nem vista pro mar. Tem um bar na piscina que tiveram que chamar alguém para atender lá. tem um club nas dependências que é muito ruim e só abre a piscina as 10h da manhã, mas é comunitário com os apartamentos que ficam no complexo do hotel. Café da manhã muito razoável, nada demais. O quarto que ficamos tinha uma janela MINÚSCULA que me deu claustrofobia, mal dava pra passarmos pro outro lado da cama pois o espaço era minúsculo. Ficamos de sexta à noite até domingo de manhã e não pegamos em nenhum momento os dois elevadores funcionando. Muito fraco, muito ruim. Jamais indicaria ou me hospedaria de novo. A sorte é que fomos para um casamento e mal ficamos no hotel, porque se fôssemos a passeio para mangsratiba ou com nosso filho, eu com certeza procuraria algo melhor para ficar.

Foi muito ruim, pois ficamos com questões de saúde, precisamos entrar em contato, só tinha atendido pelo whatsapp, que não respondia, fiquei mais de 24h aguardando, isso eu insistindo, ligando inúmeras vezes, minha solicitação de alteração de data não foi atendida, fomos obrigados a ir, sem condições de saúde, para nosso aniversário de casamento de 15 anos que se tornou uma obrigação, a equipe da Hotéis.com tentou contato, mas alegou que o hotel não autorizou. O quarto era bem ruim, sem uma janela, com apenas uma "mini janela", aparência ruim, que não condiz com a estrutura do local. Somente os funcionários locais devem ser respeitados por sua prestacao5de serviço excelente, o demais, não voltaremos ninca mais! Não indicamos.

Muito bom.

O hotel tem uma estrutura boa, mas já um pouco cansada decorrente ao tempo de construção. Estrutura boa para todos os públicos. O único problema encontrado foi o banheiro que ao realizar o check-in ainda estava com sujeiras dos últimos hóspedes no caso, o boxe estava cheio de areia. Recomendo o hotel e voltaria a fazer a reserva.
